Tin issue. BMC 583. Though the edge reading is unclear in parts, enough details are visible to attribute coin as BMC 583. The absence of a stop after GVLIELMVS confirms, as BMC 581 and 582 both have a stop after GVLIELMVS. Fine, extremely rare.
