First issue design (1821 - 1826)
In 1822 and 1825 two obverses occur:
Obverse 1 has the lowest three leaves in the laurel wreath rendered with a raised central rib-line.
Obverse 2 has incuse central lines.
Obverse 2 is commoner than Obverse 1 in 1822. Obverse 2 is much rarer than Obverse 1 in 1825.
